Great Beachfront Condo in a Perfect Location!

Great Beachfront Condo

You can't go wrong with this oceanfront condo! When I saw all the great reviews the owner received, I just had to book it. Apparently this one's new to his real estate quiver. I'm so glad I chose this condo. We absolutely loved it! A tranquil beach is just steps away. We even saw a monk seal chillaxing on the sand (NOTE: they look dead but are really just sleeping and it is illegal to approach them so just enjoy the Sleeping Beauty view). The condo is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants at Coconut Marketplace and in the Wailua area. Although it has a full kitchen, we discovered Mema Thai's so didn't get quite as much use out of it as expected! Suggestion: try their red curry and sticky rice. And send me some. Yum. If you venture just a bit further, there's kayaking up the Wailua River to Secret Falls (better than the boat trip!) or Smith's Luau across the bridge (no tips on this one--had to save it for next time). Also, we felt like the condo was conveniently located for trips to both the North shore (Princeville/Hanalei) and Poipu. Must see: Hanalei bay. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It was so much better (and affordable) than a sterile hotel room. The only downfall was leaving. Can't wait to return for more chillaxin on the sand with our (sleepy) monk seal friend.
